Can one user have multiple accounts in Circularo?

In Circularo, each user account is uniquely associated with a single email address.

To allow for multiple accounts in Circularo, sub-addressing can be used.

How does sub-adressing work?

The first account would be created under the actual email address of the user, for example jane.smith@example.com. For any other account, a subaddress would be added, in the format “+xx”, fro example: jane.smith+finance@example.com.

The accounts created would be treated as fully separate by the Circularo system, but all email notification would arrive in one inbox - jane.smith@example.com.

It is important to note that things like SSO or SAML integration will not be available for an account under a subaddress - for this account the email+password login option needs to be used.
