Are you interested in what is coming next? This page is dedicated to the future - it contains a brief overview of new features and enhancements for our next releases. The releases have rough time frames in which they are planned to go live, but precise dates depend on a lot of moving parts and we do not want to mislead you.
Without further ado, let’s explore what we can look forward to.
Q2 2026
The list of features planned for this release is indicative and subject to change as priorities evolve and the platform continues to develop. Some features may be enhanced, adjusted, or postponed based on new requirements and unforeseen factors. We recommend checking this list monthly to stay up to date with any updates or changes.
1. Improvement to Bulk Signing
Sending documents in bulk to different recipients is a daily task for a lot of people and companies. Being able to send several copies of the same document, each with several recipients, in bulk, would save lots of time in processing.
And it will now be possible. Templates that have more than one role can be sent in bulk, creating copies, each with its own recipients and signatories, without having to initiate each document separately.
2. Actionable Document Validity and Contract Renewal
Customers routinely miss renewal deadlines, notice periods, and termination windows because contract terms are complex, buried in legal language, and vary widely.
This feature eliminates that operational and financial risk. Circularo will automatically extract renewal/termination clauses, structure them into clear rules, calculate key dates, and notify users proactively, ensuring they never miss a renewal, avoid unwanted auto-renewals, and stay ahead of re-negotiations.
This gives organizations full control over contract lifecycle outcomes, reduces costs, and improves compliance and planning.
3. Unified Recipient Settings Modal
All recipient configuration options are now available in one streamlined modal with clear sidebar navigation. Manage identity verification, permissions, deadlines, and reminders - consistently across sending, editing, and sharing.
4. Disable Sharing With the Entire Organization
Prevent accidental over-sharing of sensitive documents.
A new administrator setting allows organizations to disable sharing with the entire company. When enabled, users will no longer see the “Organization” option in sharing dialogs, helping ensure documents are shared only with the appropriate people or groups.
Existing shared access remains unchanged, while all future sharing automatically follows the updated policy.
5. SCIM Implementation
SCIM synchronization between your Identity Provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID) and Circularo enables centralized management of user accounts, permissions, and profile information.
In addition to standard SAML capabilities, SCIM allows synchronization of details such as job titles, phone numbers, group memberships, and user updates including name changes. Synchronization runs automatically on an ongoing basis, while also supporting manual sync when needed, ensuring changes made in your Identity Provider are reflected in Circularo quickly and consistently.
6. Improvements to rejection process
Everyone involved in a document workflow should be informed when a process cannot be completed. To improve visibility, we have enhanced the rejection process so that recipients who have already signed, as well as recipients who still have the document in their inbox, are notified when another participant rejects the document.
This enhancement helps ensure greater transparency throughout the workflow and prevents recipients from waiting unnecessarily for documents that will no longer be completed successfully.
7. Other
In addition to the features outlined above, this release also includes a variety of performance enhancements aimed at improving the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the platform. These improvements will optimize system operations, ensuring a smoother and more seamless user experience. Alongside these upgrades, we've included hotfixes to resolve any critical issues and minor updates to refine existing functionalities, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly and as expected.
