These are add-ons that enables certain features and functionality for a specified number of User Accounts set out in the confirmation. This add-on is not limited by a consumption limit. An example is the Collabora cDocs Add-On, which is licensed per number of Circularo Users across your organization.

Consumption add-ons

These add-ons means an Add-On that enables consumable features and functionality, with a limit for pre-purchased credits. After the credits are used up, the functionality cannot be used until new credit are purchased. Examples include KYC verification, or Qualified timestamps.

BankID Identity Verification

Adds the ability to use BankID in the Czech Republic for user authentication upon login to Circularo and to verify external signatories when signing documents.

Trusted and Certified Timestamps

Adds a trusted timestamp using time stamping authority to documents digitally signed in Circularo according to RFC 3161 and RFC 5816 standards.

eIDAS Qualified Timestamps

Add a Qualified Timestamp to documents signed in Circularo using an RFC 3161-compliant Qualified Time Stamping Authority (QTSA).

SMS 2FA / OTP

Adds option to use SMS 2FA to verify the identity of recipients via one-time password (OTP) sent to their mobile phone.

NAFATH Identity Verification

Adds the ability to use NAFATH digital identity in KSA for user authentication and signatory verification.

Ensure the genuine presence of an identity holder with Liveness check, ID verification, or Selfie with ID. Identomat’s biometric liveness solution is iBeta Level 2 certified (ISO30107-3), preventing spoofing via photos, videos, masks, or deepfakes.

UAE PASS Identity Verification

Adds the ability to use UAE PASS for user authentication upon login to Circularo and to verify external signatories when signing documents. To use this Add-On, it must first be activated by the Digital Authority of Dubai (DDA).

Adds the ability to sign documents using UAE PASS eSigning capabilities with the UAE PASS electronic certificate. This add-on requires a prior authorization from the Digital Dubai Authority (DDA).

Custom Email Identity

Send email notifications and requests to sign documents from Circularo using your own mail servers on your own email domain.

Custom Branding and Styling

Changes the standard Circularo Web and Mobile app look and feel (logo, colors). Changes the look and feel of Circularo Email notifications (logo, colors). Does not include changes to the text of the standard email notifications (not complete white labeling).

Adds the ability to access Circularo app from your own domain, e.g myapp.company.com (instead of http://circularo.com )

Custom Electronic Signing Certificate

Enables you to use your own internationally recognized, Adobe Trusted and TDRA certified electronic certificate instead of the default Circularo electronic certificate.

 

Adds organizational or departmental level digital identity incorporated into the electronic certificate itself, effectively providing an extra level of trust, transparency, and digital identity that is part of digitally signed PDF documents.

 

Please note: Each certificate must be issued according to the policy of the Certification Authority.

REST API for Custom Integrations

Adds ability to use REST API for developing custom integrations or advanced automation scenarios between 3rd party apps and Circularo.

SAML 2.0 SSO

Authenticate your users using SAML Single Sign On (SSO) by leveraging a single set of existing login credentials in your Azure Active Directory as part of your organization.

Adds visual representation of your organization by replacing the default Circularo application name with the name of your organization, including in the footer of the application and Window title.

80 MB Transaction Limit

Doubles the document size limit from default 40 MB to 80 MB, allowing you to upload and sign one or multiple documents totaling up to 80 MB in size in a single transaction.

Circularo will automatically recognize fillable fields in uploaded PDF forms, saving you the time otherwise spent dragging fields to their respective places in each form.
