Add-on: Advanced Reporting

The Advanced Reporting Add-On unlocks powerful analytics with the Transaction Detail Report, which contains the view for All transactions and Pending transactions, giving businesses full visibility into document workflows, approvals, and pending actions.

The All transactions view provides a granular, real-time view of document transactions, capturing every action, status, and participant involved. Designed for auditability and compliance, this tabular report delivers deep insights into how documents are processed, who interacts with them, and the overall transaction lifecycle.

The Pending transactions view provides a clear overview of all documents that are still awaiting action, helping teams track bottlenecks and ensure timely processing. This report gives instant visibility into which documents are pending, who needs to act, and the overall document workflow.

The Advanced reports are only available for admins of the organization.

The Controller add-on can compliment the Advance reports, by giving a chosen user the privilege to access the Metadata preview and Change ownership of documents to others, in order to resolve document bottlenecks.
