Add-on: Controller

The controller role is designed to help resolve bottlenecks and monitor transaction flows within the organization, and where necessary, help push stuck documents. This is possible by granting the controller the Metadata preview in Pending reports and the ability to Change ownership of documents - either to himself, where he can then send reminders or edit recipients, or to someone else, who will be able to manage the transaction.

The metadata preview does not allow the Controller to view the contents of the document itself, keeping everything confidential.

This add-on allows you to choose the specific user/s who should fill the role, giving you complete control.

Included

• Access to Pending transactions report, metadata preview and Change ownership function for specified users

The Advanced reporting can complement the Controller add-on by giving access to the All transactions report, where you can access other metrics, such as total time documents take to be completed.
