What’s the difference between Circularo Common Certificate and Customer Unique Certificate?

Technically they are both AATL compliant certificates issued by the EU based Certification Authority (CA) approved by TDRA. Documents signed digitally with either certificate are valid and legally compliant.

Circularo common certificate is the default electronic certificate used for all SaaS customers.

Customer Unique Certificates that is issued by Circularo through CA to particular customers is uniquely linked to that customer not only through Circularo organization profile but also through the certificate itself. The process of issuing such a certificate requires that the customer meets the CA requirement to verify their identity and other important customer details before the certificate can be issued. This certificate contains the name of the customer and other details that prove that this certificate belongs only to that particular customer and no one else, in the Common Name (CN) in the signed PDF document.
