What type of training and resources does Circularo provide for new users?
As part of the on-boarding process customers will receive up to 3 training sessions, each up to 2 hours. Usually one training is dedicated to organization admins to familiarize them with the administration and explain how to add or remove users and manage the organization. One session is usually dedicated to end-user training, and includes initial account and signature setup, different document upload options, a walk-through of the signing process, different workflows, basic settings for the signing process, and an overview of what is an external recipient and how to share documents with them.
Afterwards clients can also visit this Help Center, where they will find End User and Admin Guide with a step-by-step explanations for all processes and features, as well as Video Tutorials.
