Templates can define signatories, signing orders, and include predefined signature and fillable fields, ensuring consistency and efficiency in document workflows. Circularo supports various template types, including:

  • PDF eSigning Templates: Standard templates where any PDF document can be saved with defined signing fields and signatories.

  • MS Word Templates: Editable Word documents saved as templates, allowing content modifications before initiating the signing process.

  • Dynamic MS Word eSigning Templates: Word templates with predefined signing fields that adjust automatically as the document’s content is edited, offering flexibility in document preparation.

Utilizing templates in Circularo enhances efficiency by reducing repetitive tasks and maintaining uniformity across documents.
