Pending Transactions Report

This report is available as an add-on. Contact our sales team for more information.

The Pending Transactions Report displays only in-progress transactions, allowing you to track which user the transaction is currently pending with. You can filter by sender (initiator) or select a specific recipient to check their involvement in ongoing transactions.

This report shows the number of different transaction statuses during a selected period of time, by default during current subscription. Users can customize the report by selecting a specific date range

Commonly Used Options:

  • This Subscription Period (default)

  • Today, Yesterday

  • This Week, Last Week

  • This Month, Last Month

  • This Year, Last Year

  • Custom Range

The columns shown in the default table include:

Column Name

Description

Name

Title of the document being processed.

Created by

The name of the document creator aka owner.

Created at

Date and time when the document was created.

Sender

The name of the user who initiated the transaction.

Start date

Date when the transaction began.

Waiting for

Date of sharing the document to the recipient, their required action and email address.

Progress

Details the current status of the transaction, which action were already processed and by whom, and which actions are pending or queued and who their assigned recipient is.

Other columns available in the column settings are:

Column Name

Description

Document ID

Unique identifier for the document / transaction.

Request status

Current status of the action request (e.g., In Progress, Completed, Rejected, Expired, Cancelled).

Total recipients

Total number of recipients involved in the transaction.

End date

Date when the transaction was finished.

Finish state

The status of transaction upon completion (i.e. Completed, Cancelled, Rejected, Expired)

Duration

The total duration of the transaction from initiation to completion.

Last action

Is this the last performed action? (TRUE/FALSE).

Template

ID of the signing template used, if applicable.

Total actions

Total number of requested and processed actions on the document.

Processed action count

Number of actions that have been processed on the document.

No. of pending recipients

Number of recipients currently required to process the document, i.e execute their assigned actions.

Expiration

Deadline for completing the transaction.

Recipients

Name and email address of all recipients of the document.

View rights

List of users with read permissions for the document.

Edit rights

List of users with edit permissions for the document.

Among the details shown in this table are whose action is next in line, as well as a short overview of the entire transaction progress, such as which actions have already been processed and which actions are pending. For sequential workflows, actions by future recipients are queued.

Exporting the report

When you export the table to either an excel or CVS file, the data has to be “flattened” to transform it into the file. This means that to properly showcase all the information that you can see in the application, a transformation takes place that causes the export to appear very differently to the application view. Each recipient involved in one transaction has their own row in the export, which means that a transaction with three recipients will be broken down over three rows, not just one. To identify which rows are related to one transaction, you can check out the Document ID column.

Below, we have prepared a table that contains all the columns you can find in the export along with an explanation of what each column represents. Because of said data flattening, the export contains more columns than the application and they may look different, but the information they contain is the same.

Title of the document being processed.

Document ID

Unique identifier for the document / transaction.

Created by

The email of the document creator aka owner.

Created at

Date when the document was created.

Total recipients

Total number of recipients involved in the transaction.

No. of pending recipients

Number of recipients currently required to process the document, i.e execute their assigned actions.

No. of processed recipients

Number of the recipients who already processed the document.

Total actions

Number of all the document actions, including document signs, document shares for sign, document shares for edit/view and share delegations.

No. of unique processed recipients

Total number of unique recipients who have already processed the document. (Recipients who repeat in the workflow are counted just once.)

Request ID

Unique identifier representing the requested action ID.

User email

Email address of the user whose row is detailed.

Requested action type

Type of action requested (e.g., sign, approve, review, accept).

Self signed

Document has been signed by the initiator (TRUE/FALSE).

Last action

Is this the last performed action? (TRUE/FALSE).

Delegated request

Has the action been delegated? (TRUE/FALSE).

Date of action request

Date when the request was sent to the recipient.

Date of action execution

Date and time the action was executed.

Verification method

Method used to verify the identity of the action recipient.

Action duration (milliseconds)

Duration of the action - from receiving the request to executing the action; in milliseconds.

Position in sequence

Position of the recipient in a sequential workflow.

Recipient Rights

Permissions assigned to the recipient (e.g., read, edit).

Expiration Date

Deadline for completing the transaction.

Reminder Date

Date when a reminder was sent for the action.

Request seen

Indicates whether the recipient has viewed the document (TRUE/FALSE).

Request status

Current status of the action request (e.g., Processed, Active ,Waiting for turn, Unused, Delegated).

Recipient of delegation

Email of the user to whom the request was delegated.

Delegated to request ID

Identifier of the new delegation request.

Transaction status

Overall status of the transaction (e.g., completed, canceled).

Shared with

Email of the user to whom the document has been shared.

Sender

The email of the user who initiated the transaction.

Transaction start date

Date when the transaction began.

Transaction end date

Date when the transaction ended.

Finish state

State of the transaction upon finishing (i.e. Completed, Cancelled, Rejected, Expired)

Transaction duration (milliseconds)

Total time taken to complete the transaction.

User view rights

List of users with read permissions for the document.

User edit rights

List of users with edit permissions for the document.

Group view rights

List of groups with read permissions for the document.

Group edit rights

List of groups with edit permissions for the document.

Labels

Shared labels or tags assigned to the document.

Signing template ID

ID of the signing template used, if applicable.

List of metadata

Metadata associated with the document.
