Issue: PDF looks different from source Word document after conversion

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide any API for PDF conversion which our solution could possibly use.

As you probably know, Microsoft Word is the only software capable of representing visual content of Doc files as intended. All other softwares, including ours, are trying their best to be as close as possible but sometimes the result isn't 100%.

If you have more complex Docx files or the result from Circularo does not look the way you want it to, we recommend converting the file to PDF directly in MS Word first and uploading the result PDF file to Circularo. That way, you will have complete control over the conversion.
