How to migrate documents from Adobe Sign to Circularo

The process of migrating your documents from Adobe Sign depends on the type of account you have with Adobe Sign - Enterprise or Standard/Personal account, and on your preferred method of uploading your documents to Circularo.

When manually importing documents into Circularo, the process is treated as an archiving action. Imported documents will appear as newly uploaded by the importing account (e.g., service account, admin, or user). Please note:

  • Custom metadata, document history, original upload dates, and initiator details will not be carried over.

  • To preserve a complete and accurate record, we recommend including the associated audit trails with the imported documents.

  • Some elements may require manual recreation in Circularo - contacts, workflows, templates, etc.

First, you will need to export your documents from Adobe Sign.

  • Adobe Enterprise account:

  1. You need to use Adobe’s Bulk Download Tool to download multiple signed agreements at once:

    1. Contact Adobe Support to enable the bulk download feature.

    2. Download the Bulk Download Tool, extract it to your local folder, and generate an access token from your Adobe Sign account.

    3. Run the tool and follow prompts to save signed agreements.
