How does user onboarding and authorization work when using SAML SSO?

Circularo supports SAML 2.0 SSO with compatible services, like MS Azure Active Directory. User onboarding can be done in two ways:

Manual Onboarding: Admins create user accounts, followed by an activation email to users for setup completion.

Automatic Registration: Users' Circularo accounts are automatically created upon their first login.

For SAML SSO login, the email ID in the user's Circularo account must match the one in the SSO provider's Azure Active Directory (AD). Additionally, users need the appropriate rights in their AD to access the Circularo application.
