Do I need to upload an image of my signature?
Each user needs to create a signature in Circularo to be able to sign documents.
Your signature can be created directly in the system by drawing it, typing it and choosing a suitable style, or uploading a picture of your already existing signature. Default signature can be saved and rewritten or updated at any time.
External recipients have to create a new signature every time they sign as they don’t have an account.
For this signature to be valid, it has to contain an electronic certificate. By default, Circularo includes its own AATL-compliant certificate issued by the i.CA. Should you for any reason not want to use this certificate, you can instead opt to purchase your own unique organizational or personal electronic certificate.
