Do I need to register an account with Circularo to sign documents?

This depends on your intended use case, but in short:
To sign or view documents someone else is sending you - No.
To be able to prepare documents and request signatures from others - Yes.

There are two types of recipients in Circularo - Internal and External.

Internal users are usually members of your organization who use Circularo extensively. They have access to most of the system’s functionalities that allow them to, based on their subscription plan, prepare, sign, track, and organize their documents within the platform and more.

External recipients don’t need their own Circularo account as they can only sign documents they receive via email. They can’t access any additional Circularo functionalities and are excluded from the final price.
