Can I have a custom branded Help site?
Yes, you can. While we don’t currently offer a fully customized, seamlessly branded Help site, we do provide several options to help align the content with your organization’s branding and needs.
Option 1
Confluence Export – If your organization uses Confluence (Atlassian), we can provide a full export of our Help pages, allowing you to integrate it directly into your system.
Option 2
HTML Export – A complete HTML version of our Help pages is available, which you can embed into your website for easy access.
Option 3
DOCX Export – The content of our Help pages is also available as separate guides which we offer to download in PDF format. If needed, we can provide DOCX (Microsoft Word) source files, allowing you to create your own branded version of the online Help or a set of customized PDF guides.
Option 4
PDF Export – We can generate a PDF version of the Help pages; however, it won’t reflect any updates made after the export. This option is not recommended if you require a branded version.
Each option has its pros and cons, so feel free to reach out to discuss which solution works best for your team!
Please note that you will have to customize the help content based on your branding which on the technical side means to replace all the screenshots with your branded screens if you would like to have your own, fully customized help content.
