Add-On: Customer Onboarding & Consulting

Our team provides initial training sessions and consulting time for key users on how to use the Circularo system effectively, how to apply customers' use cases and how to improve internal processes.

Included

  • Up to 3 online sessions of maximum 2 hours each cover typical topics & deliverables; usually 2 sessions for end users and 1 session for admins. 

    • Setting up user preferences

    • eSigning best practices

    • Workflow options and how to use them effectively

    • Best practices for creating and managing templates

    • Oganizing documents effectively

    • Tracking progress

    • Managing members, teams and organization settings in administration

Not included

  • Consulting of REST API integration (see ‘REST API for Custom Integration’ add-on)

  • Custom changes and settings of client’s environment (see ‘Custom Branding and Styling’, ‘Custom Dashboard’, ‘Custom Homepage’ and 'Custom Role Based UI' add-ons)

  • Creation of signing templates

  • More than 6 hours of training sessions for end-users and admins
