What is 3rd party authorization?
3rd party authorization is one of the ways to protect your document when sending it to recipients outside of your organization.
The recipient has to log into the specified application (Microsoft, LinkedIn, Google, Dropbox, UAE PASS, or Nafath) via their already existing account in that application under the same email as the one where they received the document (for UAE PASS also the phone number and Emirates ID can be used for verification). Upon successful login, Circularo receives confirmation that they were able to access the application, which serves as proof that they are the authorized person to access the email, and thus the document as well.
Using a national identity provider for external recipient verification is always more secure as getting an account with that provider comes with more security measures than creating an account with a regular provider.
