How to: Enabling pop-ups in your browser

If you're having trouble with pop-ups not appearing (for example, when trying to sign documents or view certain features), it might be because your browser is blocking them by default. Most browsers allow you to control pop-up settings globally or for specific websites.

Below is a general guide to help you enable pop-ups. Please note that exact steps may vary slightly depending on your browser, so please refer to the detailed instructions below.

General Steps

  1. Open your browser settings
Click the settings icon or menu (often three dots or a gear icon) in the top-right corner of your browser window.

  2. Navigate to Privacy and Security settings
Look for a section labeled Privacy & Security or something similar—this is where you'll find controls related to site permissions, including pop-up blocking.

  3. Find the pop-up settings
Look for options labeled Pop-ups and redirects, Pop-up blocker, or something similar.

  4. Adjust the settings

    • Choose to allow pop-ups either for all sites or just for specific websites (such as [your company's domain]).

    • If you're only allowing pop-ups for a specific site, make sure to enter the exact address.

  5. Save or confirm your changes
Most browsers save your changes automatically, but it’s a good idea to double-check before closing the settings.
