Circularo Roadmap

Are you interested in what is coming next? This page is dedicated to the future - it contains a brief overview of new features and enhancements for our next releases. The releases have rough time frames in which they are planned to go live, but precise dates depend on a lot of moving parts and we do not want to mislead you.

Without further ado, let’s explore what we can look forward to.

Q1 2026

The list of features planned for this release is indicative and subject to change as priorities evolve and the platform continues to develop. Some features may be enhanced, adjusted, or postponed based on new requirements and unforeseen factors. We recommend checking this list monthly to stay up to date with any updates or changes.

1. Improvement to Bulk Signing

Sending documents in bulk to different recipients is a daily task for a lot of people and companies. Being able to send several copies of the same document, each with several recipients, in bulk, would save lots of time in processing.

And it will now be possible. Templates that have more than one role can be sent in bulk, creating copies, each with its own recipients and signatories, without having to initiate each document separately.

2. Modifications to Transactions in Progress

Sometimes circumstances change for documents - a snag is hit somewhere, a different recipient was needed, or what is allowed on the document needs to be updated. That’s why the ability to modify certain aspects of a transaction (document workflow) will be introduced.

You will be able to change the processing deadline on a document - extend it or shorten it, adjust protection for external recipients - add any, or change the method of verification, change permissions - add or remove them, and edit reminders - either change their setup, or add the if they weren’t active before.

And of course, you will be able to do these changes for the whole document as well as for specific recipients.

3. Collect Files Fields for Attachments

In the previous version we’ve enabled recipients to upload attachments to the document while signing, but we are taking it a step further. A new field will be introduced to Collect files during the session - you can assign them to specific recipients and let them know which document they should be uploading.

This way you can ensure that they do not forget to upload the necessary attachments, eliminating the need to send follow-up emails and try to collect the supporting documents once the document one has been signed.

4. NFC Starcos 3.7 DI Smart Card for eIDAS Qualified Signing

Now available as an optional add-on, the Starcos 3.7 DI NFC smart card enables eIDAS-certified qualified electronic signatures (QES) directly within Circularo.

Certified as a Qualified Signature Creation Device (QSCD), this smart card ensures that every signature meets the highest legal and cryptographic standards across the EU - perfect for those who require maximum trust and regulatory compliance.

Designed for both desktop and mobile use, it integrates seamlessly into existing approval and signing workflows.

Key Benefits:
  • Legally binding QES using a certified smart card

  • Dual-layer security with MFA/UAE Pass + card-based authorization

  • NFC-enabled for secure mobile signing

With full in-app subscription management, secure online payments, and multi-currency support, customers can move from trial to long-term value smoothly, transparently, and on their own terms.

6. Other

In addition to the features outlined above, this release also includes a variety of performance enhancements aimed at improving the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the platform. These improvements will optimize system operations, ensuring a smoother and more seamless user experience. Furthermore, the release addresses several integration updates, ensuring that Circularo works even more effectively with external systems and tools. Alongside these upgrades, we've included hotfixes to resolve any critical issues and minor updates to refine existing functionalities, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly and as expected.
