Add-On: Custom Upload Form

Configure a custom document type with a specific set of custom metadata (index fields). These could include text fields, date fields, dropdowns, etc.

The documents are retrievable through field-specific search in the advanced search dialog, so you can find a document based on the value of a specific attribute.

A one time fee per one document type applies, plus annual maintenance fee.

Included

• Ability to attach custom metadata to documents uploaded to Circularo

• Document filters in Advanced Search based on custom metadata

• Third-party reports using the custom information (requires the Custom metadata and KPI Export customization)

Not included

• Any Custom eDoc templates

• eDoc inline template

Required from your side

• List of the metadata fields to be associated with the documents, including the data types

• Definition of any custom reports to be included
