This can be done in multiple ways.
If you are an active Circularo user, you can access support directly from your app.
When you click on your username in the top right corner of the screen in Circularo (the same way you access your Preferences), you will see a Send feedback button.
After clicking on it, a Send feedback window will appear. There you can either ask a question, report a problem, or make a suggestion. It is also possible to attach screenshots or any other kind of attachments to your message.
This method is good for reporting issues because our support team members will see important specifics of your account that will help them assess the situation and assist you effectively.
Send a helpdesk ticket
To access our helpdesk, go to this address:
Go to Open a New Ticket, enter your details, and explain your issue. After sending the ticket, you will receive your ticket # in your email inbox.
To check the status of your ticket, go to Check Ticket Status and enter your email address along with your ticket number. You will be sent another email to your inbox which will contain a verification link. Click the link to access your ticket status.
If you are not yet a registered Circularo user, you can still access the helpdesk and send a ticket regarding your enquiry.
Alternatively, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Again, this is a good option if you are a potential customer, partner, or anyone who doesn't have a Circularo account yet.
